"Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. "It was second time we selected this location to stay a couple of days in Piedmont. Appartement ist equipped with love and here you will find all you need for vacation. Environment is very beautiful for hiking or driving around to taste different wines "

"The house is very nice. Perfect for a big group with its five sleeping rooms of which one is for five people. Kitchen is equipped appropriately for that amount of people and the outdoor pizza and barbecue area add a nice extra. Please be aware that the property is located at the end of a gravel road which dies not allow for super low cars to access. As we came early in the season it was still chilly. The owner Giorgio helped us to get the heating running which made it cozy inside. Together...

"We visited this house with four youngsters (18-21) and two dogs and we enjoyed the enormous space in and around the house. The swimmingpool was great. The whirlpool wasn't heated so we only could use that between 3 and 5 PM. Than the automatically refreshing of the water started and it went cold. But when one knows this, one adapts... Really great was the big room with the table tennis, table football and pool table. Even at the hottest hour of the day you could play there if you wanted. Around...

"We absolutely felt comfortable in this lovingly restored home near the center of La Morra. Pino and his wife were amazing hosts, met us when we arrived and he was even able to save us a parking space near the house to make it easier to unload our bags. Everything was absolutely clean and comfortable along with small comforts such as snacks for morning, coffee, and little touches like a chocolate on the pillow and dog bowls for our small dog. "The apartment was in a wonderfully quant old village above Dogliani. The furnishing were vintage. Great views of the valley. Nice balconies. Updated bathrooms. The location was great. Parking was a walk. "

Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out. Die Lage des Hauses ist sowohl für einen Besuch in Govone als auch für Ausflüge in die Langhe und Roero perfekt. "Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel e nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatta. La camera è minimalista ma dotata di ogni comfort, il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale. La terrazza, ampia e potenzialmente molto piacevole, purtroppo risulta trascurata e abbandonata. Lo staff è stato sempre accogliente e cortese. La colazione è davvero ottima: varia, abbondante e con opzioni anche senza glutine. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. L’unica vera nota negativa riguarda la pulizia: molta polvere in camera e nessun intervento di pulizia durante il soggiorno. Lo consiglio. "
