"Clean and helpful staff, free parking Did not like everything else The location was so bad next to main road and above shops was very noisy Uncomfortable beds and pillows No AC was so hot we had to sleep with windows opened Very old building feels like aghost place No reception weekend No tea or coffee making facility Photos do not match reality Eas very disappointed withe the place never recommend to anyone especially families No shower gel or shampoo only a bottle of liquid soap...

"Perfect stay. The room was huge, recently renovated, with super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also big, with spacious shower. You get access to the Bains, with the hotel providing with bathrobe and towels, and an underground tunnel to easily access the pools. The village of Charmey and the valley are beautiful, with a télécabine near the hotel, so the access for hikes and other activities (such as toboggans) was very easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and close...
