"I always stay here when I am in Nara. It is right next to the train station so it makes it a walk to get to the main sights but it is awesome you don’t have to carry your luggage far. The spa is great, they have washing machines, the breakfast is amazing, it is super clean, the beds are comfortable, the elevators/guest ratio is good, and it is quiet. Only thing I hate is the light in the entry way is motion detecting…every time you go to the bathroom, it turns on!"

"Check in and out was easy. Was clean. Breakfast buffet was nice. Staff useful. Located right in Umeda. Easy to get around."

"This property offered exactly what we needed and the location was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"The location was great & right outside of Universal, comfortable walk to park. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The washing room was really great since it was raining the day we got in & had some wet things to wash & dry. Beds were comfortable. I only wish we woukd have stayed longer at this hotel as it was my favorite while in Japan."

"24-hour convenience store at 1/F, many restaurants nearby, seems no parking lot, take public transportation to hotel"

"The room was really clean and upgraded amenities that allows us to control the lighting from a tablet. The rain shower had great pressure. That was an added surprise. Very close to the Osaka station. We enjoyed our stay."
