Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Sanibel Arms many times over the years. This last visit was a disappointment due to the cleaning. Very disappointing.

Reviewer Comments: Hello,I am a returning customer and have stayed on the property at least 4 times and I rent several units each time.The apartments were very clean, well decorated and with all the amenities needed.The only issue we had was the mosquitos and the no-see-ums and the no advance notice to be prepared.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A3 was wonderful. The only suggestion would be directions for the coffee maker. It wouldn’t program for just 1 cup. It would spill out 3 cups and make a mess. Plus it poured coffee grounds out of the K cup into the mugs.
