Adjacent, the full bath boasts a walk-in shower, providing the perfect setting for unwinding after a day of exploration. Sleek tile flooring throughout adds a touch of elegance and easy maintenance. In the fully equipped kitchen, culinary adventures await, whether you re whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet feast.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.

All units have beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The TV s have Roku, no cable at this time.

Beautiful Unit at the Signal Inn on Sanibel Island

This unit at Signal Inn is beautiful and has recently been updated/refurbished due to Hurricane Ian in September 2022. The unit is perfect for two adults. Highly recommend.

Sanibel adventure

Lovely cottage but the management co. was poor. Garbage , 4 cf dumpster was over flowing for the first 4 days. We notified the management co.and they said they would let the manager know which apparently wasn’t important because no action was take. We weren’t ones complaining about the waste.
