Escape and relax in this beautiful 3-bedroom condo on Sanibel Island. With your private beach access, you can easily come and go to the beach for sunrise walks, quick swims and evening strolls.

This amazing property features an open layout, high ceilings and large windows allowing natural light throughout creating an inviting and relaxed atmosphere. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dry bar, washer/dryer and ample sleeping accommodations. The spacious screened lanai allows you to enjoy the outdoors. It's perfect for gatherings, outdoor dining, morning coffee, reading a book or enjoying nature whilst lounging away the afternoon.

Additionally, WIFI, 2 televisions, apple TV, and books are available for your reading pleasure. Parking enough for 2 cars, beach chairs, and available garage storage for beach toys, floats, tents and bikes.

Property has a beautiful private pool with loungers. A boardwalk leads you over natural vegetation down to a beautiful sandy beach. At the beach, you can stroll down to the lighthouse or meander at your leisure collecting shells and soaking up the salty sea air and sea breeze.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load and start the dishwasher. Turn off all lights and fans. Close and lock all sliders. Set the thermostat to 79 deg and take out trash.
Please no more than 6 or less occupants. Be respectful of owners in residence, and clean-up any litter from beach and pool areas left by your group.
Kindly keep lanai furniture away from the screens so they don't cause a hole in the screens.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
