the condo is the nicest we've stayed in 20 years of renting. the beach was lovely and the construction crews made alot of progress on the landscaping when we were there. hope to stay at your condo again.

Great Accomodations!

This was our first trip to Sanibel, and it was wonderful! The unit was decorated beautifully, clean and incredibly well equipped in the kitchen. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and umbrella were provided as well! The property is in a great location, and in close proximity to the island activities while also being far enough away to experience some serenity. We couldn’t have asked for better rental experience!

Summer Vacation

Beautifully decorated and clean. Easy access from elevator. Even beach chairs and toys. Owner is accessible if needed which we did not need. Lovely view. We kept migrating between the pool and the beach. Easy access to both. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Two weeks of fun days and comfortable nights

The condo was great. Everything was clean and newly updated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. Our small grandchildren visited us, and they appreciated the beach toys in the lanai.The grounds were under construction and thus, off limits. But the pool opened up on the last day we were there, and I was happy to swim around in it for an hour.We will definitely plan on returning in the future.

Very nice condo along beach in Sanibel

Condo complex pool, hot tub and gas grill stations were not up and working despite claims to be functioning amenities on advertised listing. Likewise, picture of the grounds was clearly taken pre hurricane -- and not representative of current construction site it honestly is. Overall, unit itself is beautiful and newly remodeled, location is great -- when amenities do get rebuilt, they will be very nice -- just need to make sure other guests are aware they are not presently available.

Wonderful condo and location! Second stay at this rental!

My dad, daughter, and I rented this condo for the second year in a row. Everything was just as wonderful as before! The condo was fully stocked for our needs! My daughter loved doing activities with Mandy and playing in the pool. It is an easy walk or drive to restaurants and grocery as well! Will book here again next trip to Sanibel!

The unit was throughly stocked from beach chairs to gear. Extremely well equipped kitchen Every thing you need Only minor complaint is the king bed is really soft But they had soap Dis stuff and trash bags! Great location near Bailey’s general store

Absolutely Love Pointe Santo

We have been rented this particular condo a few different times and have always had a good experience. We love the view from the balcony. My husband and I started coming here with our daughter when she was little and now she is grown and still comes here.

Great location and responsive host

We had a good visit. This unit has furnishings and decor equal to the pictures advertised. It has great appliances, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need during your visit to Sanibel. The unit has a great view of the beach and parking close to the building. The unit is the closest to the elevator, so it is easy to unload when you arrive and pack your car when you leave.The best part of the unit was the host. He was immediately available by text to answer any questions or handling any issue. I found him a pleasure to work with during our visit. I strongly recommend this unit at Pointe Santo. I will not hesitate to rebook this unit if it is available on future visits.Sanibel is quickly getting back to pre-hurricane status. We were thanked by many local people about returning to Sanibel and we will be back.

Great condo in great location

My husband and I have stayed at Pointe Santo many times over the years and consider it the best property in the best location on Sanibel Island. D33 is well cared-for, has a good view of the lagoon and the ocean, and is in a convenient location in the center of the island. It is close to Baileys for groceries and to Doc Ford's and Cip's Place, our favorite restaurants. This condo is clean, has comfortable beds, and good kitchen cooking equipment. The owner is proactive to provide what is needed for a good rental experience.

Well maintained apartment in an excellent location

Well maintained apartment in an excellent location and to some extent that sums the matter up. The design of the apartments overlooking a lake and the beach is excellent . The grounds are beautifully maintained and the apartments are in a good location for local shops etc. The communication with the owner before arrival was excellent and it's really difficult to find fault with this apartment and the holiday

Pointe Santo Unit D33

My husband and I stayed here in Sanibel for our honeymoon and had an absolute blast! The unit was clean and well kept which provided a great island retreat! We loved that the unit provided beach towels and chairs as we did not want to pack those in our bags! It was awesome having close access to the beach and pool! The island has lots to offer but most importantly, peace and relaxation. I highly recommend Pointe Santo! Thank you for having us and for sharing your place, we appreciate it!

Lanai, sunsets and beach walks!

Keuth’s Condo is in a perfect location. We rented bikes and hardly used the car when we were staying in Sanibel but drove to Captiva. The condo is comfortable and spacious. Bring salt, pepper and basics for cooking. Also shampoo and conditioner. We will be back as we love, love, love the island!!!! Keith is great about responding and is a kind host.

Pointe Santo resort

This rental was clean and comfortable for our family vacation. The grandkids loved the pool and kids activities. We were expecting beach toys and pantry items in the condo based on the listing. The only problem we had was with a smoke detector going off even after we changed the battery. It should be replaced.

Lovely condo!

We had a terrific experience with this unit - very easy check in process and great communication from the property manager. The unit itself was just perfect - very well appointed and comfortable, we loved it. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 full stars is just that the pool is undersized for the complex. It was constantly crowded with no chairs available. Otherwise everything else about this place was great!

Great stay at Pointe Santo again.

We love staying at Ponte Santo, this is our 4th trip here, first time in this unit D33. We weren’t warned about the construction on the property, but we didn’t mind the noise too much. There were a couple things in the kitchen that needed attention, one cabinet drawer was falling apart and blocking the cabinet. The sink in the kitchen gives you a shower every time you turn it on. This place was well stocked with linens! There are good beach toys for the kids. We love the location to the beach and the kid’s club and the bike path and Bailey’s grocery. Overall a great stay. Red tide the last day and rain ran us out.

Great location and amenities

Great for our family of three. Beds were very comfy. The sofa, too. Plenty of seating throughout and good light. Dishwasher and laundry worked great and were quiet enough to use during our toddler’s nap times. We took advantage of the beach towels and toys, especially the shelling nets. The kitchen was well equipped but some items need updating (knives, nonstick pans). We ran out of toilet paper and tissues by day 3 of a weeklong stay, but the other items (paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dish and laundry detergents) were in good supply and lasted beyond the week. Overall it was a nice unit and the tropical decor enhanced our stay. Would definitely make a repeat visit!

Condo fairly nice and clean, property eh

We stayed in unit d33. The condo was fairly clean and comfortable. However, there were multiple annoyances during our stay. One, the satellite service to the tv was not so great as well as the Wi-Fi was poor. The second day we returned to our condo from the beach to find our water was turned off. After calling the service line they said the water should be back on by 4pm. The water ended up being out for 2 days because of some kind of emergency that was never really explained to me. In fact, the staff was pretty bad at communicating anything about this. The property seems to be poorly managed and maintenance mediocre. Another annoying thing was twice when we returned from dinner or shopping, the cleaning vehicle was parked in our spot even though our condo wasn’t being cleaned. Also, we were left only 2 trash bags and 4 roles of toilet paper for the whole week. So we had to purchase those on the island. Despite the hiccups, my daughters and me were determined to have a good week, but things could have been better. I regret not staying at Oceans Reach which is always excellent, but I tried something different this time. Anyway, you live and you learn

Great host and condo!

The condo was beautiful and in perfect walking distance from the beach. Construction was not as distracting as people may think and the host was very quick to respond back! Will be booking again!

Beautiful getaway

The property was beautiful! Pictures are an accurate representation of the condo. Had everything (and more) that we wanted and needed from a vacation rental. The owner was outstanding with communication! When Sanibel Island heals from Hurricane Ian, we not only would return but highly recommend this rental
