Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 106. This nicely decorated second floor unit has all the comforts of home to make a memorable vacation! The spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit is just a short walk to the white sand beach and just around the corner from our crystal-clear heated pool. The master suite has a king bed and access to a private screened lanai. The guest room has twin beds that can be made into a king upon request. The comfortable living/dining room leads to a spacious screened lanai overlooking our lush tropical grounds, including a banana grove. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, smooth-top stove and ice-maker in the freezer. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs with DVDs and stereo CD player, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent in our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators....all in a colorful tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants and offer immediate access to the famous bike trails of Sanibel Island. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th pers, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants.
