"Wow! I really don’t know where to start. If I could give Ken, the host, higher than five stars I would. Everything that was presented/promised on the VRBO site was delivered and then some! From the phone call I received, directly after the booking, to answer a couple questions I had that were regarding “post hurricanes” and advice on excursions- up through checkout. Everything was perfect- cleanliness, plenty linens, supplies, beach gear, tvs, kitchenwares… just everything. In addition, the list of recommendations I received via text for things to do/places to eat was above and beyond personal customer service. He genuinely made our trip planning feel “worry free” with all the pre-travel plans communication as if he were providing all his knowledge and preparation for the trip of a personal friend. Everything exchange communicated was instant. IMO, he really cares about providing guests with assurance of smooth, safe travel stay and pleasurable trip overall! Thank you so much, Ken!!
