This property has gone down hill since it opened as a Shangrila. It is now 20 years old and despite several branding changes (now VOCO an IIHG hotel) and a renovation, the service and remodel is substandard. We liked the friendliness of the staff quality of rooms and facilities Biggest issues - poor english of staff meant we didnt find the bar with the food we like until the end of the visit We had to leave at 6am and there should have been a way to provide us with food as we had paid for breakfast

top notch quality, excellent location (near to city center with big malls, also near a city park that is full of life!) recommend to take a walk in that park n interact with the locals. They are having fun with dancing, singing karaoke and playing music instruments.

Recommended, the apartment is clean and very comfortable. The service is also very good. The only cons is probably it's location which is situated in the middle of industrial area, thus the nearest shopping center is about 15-20 mins walking distance.
