Holiday Apartment 'Hella Wahnsinn' with Shared Pool, Balcony and Wi-Fi

We offer our lovingly furnished apartment in the resort area of beautiful St. Englmar.



We discovered the holiday region of St. Englmar last year and now enjoy the wonderful surroundings almost every weekend for hiking, skiing, or simply relaxing in the wellness area.



The apartment is 33 sqm and is a one-room unit with a separate bathroom. There is a large wardrobe in the hallway. The apartment features a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed, which can accommodate another adult or two small children. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, a coffee maker and filters, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a dining table with four chairs, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony with seating for four people. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. Parking is available directly in front of the building.



For your stay, we provide one towel and one bath towel per person. The beds are freshly made upon arrival.



The indoor pool with separate children's pool, an outdoor pool in summer, and saunas can be used free of charge with the chip card. These facilities are located in the same building as the apartment. For children, there is a playground, table tennis, mini-golf, and more.



Nearby, you will find an indoor playground, pony rides, a summer toboggan run, an amusement park, a treetop path, and much more (all available for an extra fee).



Dogs are only allowed on request.



From 19 November 2025 to 20 December 2025, maintenance will take place. The indoor pool and one sauna each will be completely closed during this period. The prices have been adjusted accordingly.
