In summer you can enjoy swimming in our heated pool, or enjoy your barbecue in our romantic garden (3000m2). Our jewel is located in a traffic-free location, where you will find peace and relaxation.

In winter we offer a first-class ski area with modern facilities, easily accessible and yet manageable. The region is known for its guaranteed snow and also has the most modern snowmaking system. A total of 45 km of slopes can be fully automated in just 60 hours if required. In just 100m you can reach the ski school and ski lifts.

Excursions: Due to our location in the heart of the Alps, you can reach interesting cultural cities such as Salzburg, Innsbruck and Munich in a short time. Or be enchanted by a boat trip to King Ludwig's romantic Herrenchiemsee castle. If the sun doesn't shine, the beautiful town of Kitzbühel invites you to shop or have a coffee.

Amazing views

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible condo for a week of skiing, and I couldn't be more impressed! The location is perfect—stunning views of the mountains that made waking up every morning feel like a dream. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, cozy, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It's fully equipped with modern amenities, which made cooking and relaxing after a day on the slopes a breeze.A huge shoutout to the owner, Christian, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering great tips on local ski spots and making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.If you're looking for a top-notch place to stay in this area, I highly recommend this condo. I’ll definitely be coming back next season!

Gastvrij en vlak bij piste

Het is een hele geschikt appartement voor een gezin met grootouders. Voor de wintersport gelegen vlakbij de piste. De gastheer is gastvrij en het is schoon en degelijk. Het uitzicht is prachtig.
