"Great budget hotel with everything you need - maybe one great addition would be a kettle in the room. The tram link (tram number 3) to the centre of city was just outside the hotel . Maybe one improvement would be the check-in after 10pm for people who had already booked online . Would have better if you could of given guest data at the online booking stage instead of the small screen entrance hall. "

"For the price you pay, it’s not bad. The decor may need an update, but the pictures online are true to form. My only real gripe was the plastic mattress protector on the obviously new mattress- you’ll wake up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night. Nevertheless, I still give my overall experience 5 stars because of the hotel’s staff. They went above and beyond to help me from restaurant reservations, what points of interest to see, and even printed several documents I needed for me. At the end of the day, a hotel is really just a fungible service - a bed to sleep in. The difference is service. I would definitely recommend. "
