Staff super helpful accommodating, the hotel itself is a gem blended old with new and all the most current technology. This is the place to stay if you’re arriving by train, up the ramp out of the station brings you to their lower lobby."

"This was one of best hotels during our visit to Switzerland ! The staff was amazing! They make us fee welcome since the first minute we arrived until we left. I will definitely come back again!! I was traveling with my son and they surprise him with a birthday surprise cake and room decoration they really made our stay wonderful!! The lady in red was amazing.!!! "A rather small and awkward attic room, but clean and the bathroom was great. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but we used the restaurant once and the good was great. Lovely staff and nothing to really complain about... But still not as good as we expected."
