Perfect apartment in the heart of Sanlúcar

Ideal apartment in the center of Sanlúcar, next to the Plaza del Cabildo and the Plaza de Abastos. Well equipped and cozy. Brand new. Very quiet, as it overlooks a private pedestrian street. In the urbanization there is a small garden with children's play. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two blacones, ... Garage space in the same building with elevator. Fully equipped for a very pleasant stay. Enjoy Sanlucar without moving the car!

The host Beatriz made our stay most enjoyable. We had no hot water for a couple of days but Beatriz dealt with the problem immediately. The indoor parking space is tight. The one thing that was disappointing is that there is no Wi Fi and we had to go to the local library to get our emails.

El apartamento está muy céntrico, muy limpio, para mí gusto me falta aire acondicionado y wifi. Hace mucho calor y los ventiladores son insuficientes. La cortina de plástico de la bañera se podría cambiar por mampara y poner más papel de WC ya que solo dejaron un rollo.

Esta en el centro,tienes la comodidad de ir andando a todos los lados,a la playa y la plaza donde se encuentran todos los bares de tapas y locales,el parkin en el mismo apartamento que puedes subir directo a casa en el ascensor,esta genial.

Die Besitzerin Beatriz war sehr Zuverkommend und hilfreich. Alle extra Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Die Lage war angenehm, zentral, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sehr schöne Markt, schöne helle saubere Wohnung mit luftiger Küche, die gut eingerichtet ist. Leider fehlte ein Ofen und ein paar wenige Küchenutensilien, um die Einkäufe aus diesem Markt gerecht zu werden. Es war sehr heiss und es fehlte an guten Ventilatoren, zwar gab es 2 alte laute Ventilatoren, dabei konnte man allerdings nicht schlafen. Das Bad war sehr stickig vor allem nach der Dusche, da weder Fenster noch Lüftung vorhanden sind. Es sollte in jedem Zimmer einen neuen leiseren Ventilator geben und für die Küche einige weitere Küchenutensilien sein.

Vivienda reformada y agrable para pareja y un hij@. Céntrico, con garage directo con ascensor. Cocina equipada si bien no tiene horno. Muchos armarios y espaciisos. Bien equipada. Ha hecho mucho calor en nuestros días de estancia, se hecha a de menos aire acondicionado, disponía de 2 ventiladores.

Todo muy bien. El apartamento es nuevo y estaba muy limpio. La ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de la plaza del Cabildo y a 10 minutos andando de la playa. Sin ruidos de la calle porque las ventanas dan a unas zonas comunes de acceso a los apartamentos. Importante también el que tenga plaza de garage incluida por la dificultad de aparcar en la zona. Repetiré.

He estado con unas amigas tres noches .El apartamento grande, limpio, las camas muy cómodas pero lo mejor la ubicación en pleno centro de Sanlucar. Llegamos por la noche tarde y la propietaria nos lo puso todo muy fácil para la entrega de llaves. Sin duda volveremos .

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y es exactamente igual que las fotos que se pueden ver. Bea la persona que lo gestiona es súper amable. Zona tranquila a pesar de estar a escasos metros de la zona centro de Sanlucar… Sin duda repetiremos. Gracias por todo Bea

Lo que me gusto, fue que está en pleno centro, por lo que al salir ya estás por el casco antiguo. Lo que no, la cama de la habitación pequeña no me fue muy comoda. El resto está bastante bien
