Hotel was in a good location with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Parking was free and property was controlled. Our bed had no cover sheets nor a blanket/duvet. The front desk told me that with the warm weather we didn't need one. In the end, we were given three blankets and we were told that they were out of bedsheets.

Great hotel for the value

I was positive surprised with me very reasonable stay at this hotel. The service, the breakfast and the room were such a good value for your money. It was very clean, no smell of smoke in the non smoking rooms! The location right downtown, i was be able to walk everywhere. Thumbs up for this hotel!

Pleasant stay, could be better

Situated in the old town, on a narrow street but close to main road. Hotel is clean but stuff don’t speak English and most of them are indifferent. There was no buffet breakfast most of the days we were there as it was supposed to, maybe due to the fact we were few guests. Seems to be recently renovated but when it rained water was dripping from the ceiling all over, fortunately not in our room.

Resepsiyondaki hanımefendiler "Merhaba, güle güle" gibi sözcükleri kullanmayı bırakın yüzünüze bile bakmıyorlar. Kibarlık, nezaket, saygı yoksunu kişiler resepsiyonist olmuşlar. Odaya girer girmez iğrenç bir koku vardı. Her yere Lysol, deodorant ve parfüm sıkıp, pencereyi açık bırakıp şehir turuna çıktık. Döndüğümüzde kendi imkanlarımla bulduğum çözüm biraz olsun işe yaramıştı. 3 kişilik 3 single yatak olarak yaptığım rezervasyon dikkate alınmadı ve 4 kişilik, içinde beşik bulunan temizliği yetersiz, fazla yatak sığdırmak için oda düzeni bozulmuş, bakımsız, eski bir odada kaldık. Çarşaflar kesinlikle temiz kokmuyordu, banyo temizliği çok yetersizdi. Bulunduğu konum çok kötü ve çok gürültülü. Otopark denilen yerin otelle alakasını anlamadım zira kaçak bir araziye park eder gibi bir tecrübeydi. Araçla gelecekler bu konumdaki otellere yaklaşmanızı dahi tavsiye etmem. Kahvaltıda sınırlı çeşit vardı fakat benim için yeterliydi. Bir daha kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir yer değil.
