Great staff, great breakfast, clean and walk distance to all attractions, restaurants and shops.

Very helpful staff, took good care of us, made sure we got where we wanted to go without getting lost and found the best price for excursions.

This is a wonderful stay. The people, the location, the facilities, were all great. Parking was a bit of a challenge but, the awesome guy at the front desk took care of all that. The wonderful manager lady was so charming and helpful. The owner was even there and helped me with travel advice in the areas I was headed to. I did a 3 night stay and the room was good for me. We arrived at 11pm and the staff came running, helping with the luggage and smooth check-in. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, great shower . Breakfast was tasty and plenty of different dishes served to the table. Location is great, near the market, the museums and many eateries. From the terrace we overlooked the Balikligöl Park with the castle behind. Friendly staff. We liked this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and located next to everything so you can walk. My bed and pillows were very comfortable. The food was delicious. I will say that the WiFi needs improvement. My favorite part about my stay was the staff. So friendly and helpful. I had a memorable stay.
