"The stay was good. I was disappointed about the “pool”. I thought it was a big indoor pool and it ended up being a very small almost hot tub? It was outside and not very clean looking. My son and I decided not to get in it but we’re pretty sad about not being able to swim. Otherwise the staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was good and the hotel is in a good central place to access lots of things around it."

"Check in was slick, check out painless, and property clean. Neighbors are loud/close. The house is old, (old mattresses, squeaky doors, floors, and beds), but that is also part of the charm of staying in a historic house so we expected it."

"This property had no staff we were sent an email with a password so we could open the door. The room was very clean. The beds were good. It was a small place., only about ten rooms. People had to reserve it before. In our case there was no one else there. We didn't have anyone disturbing us early in the morning as they left. The door for the breakfast room opened electronically at 7:30. The breakfast was a European type. It was more than adequate. We had plenty to eat. We left feeling rested, full, and ready to drive home."

"Cozy - Cute - Clean - Convenient.Newly remodeled and furbished home in Manti. Had all the amenities and then some of your own home. All services worked, loved the large screen TV and the wrap around couch. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils and cookware. Clean and we felt right at home the minute we stepped into the property. Was a quiet location, even though it was a 1/2 block off the main road through town. The host was responsive and even reached out the morning of check-in to let us know we could arrive at anytime that day, along with noting a couple of items for us to pay attention. The location was right off main street and you can easily walk into town or easy to drive north to Ephraim. Also, was very convenient for using our SXS to access the roads and trails into the mountains. We've decided that as long as this property is available to rent, this is where we will continue to stay when we visit Manti and the surrounding areas. Thanks for having such a wonderful home and property! (PS - you might have a friendly chicken visitor, which was fun)"

"I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast. The owners were very kind and friendly and greeted us warmly when we arrived, late. I was happy to see it is a smoke-free establishment upon signing the agreement. They provided a full sit down breakfast, but my son and I had to leave at 6:30am, so we can't comment on it, other than that it sounded great. Everything was clean and the furniture seemed antique, eclectic, and well-maintained. Lots of beautiful plants in the south entryway which was like a sunroom."

"This house is exactly what claims to be and if you are looking to sleep a lot of people in Ephraim, this is the place. But it is quirky—the layout is strange: most bathrooms are inside other rooms and often lack towel racks, the kitchen is small (but very well stocked), there are bunk beds in a room with no curtains, things like that. The house was obviously designed by its original owners for grandkids so if you have little ones, that might be fun. The Tesla charger in the garage was appreciated."
