"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. "Room was spacious, king size bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked great, good size shower for Italy, staff was so kind and helpful. We had the top floor balcony room with 180 degree views of the sea were incredible. Breakfast was fabulous, make sure you include that with your stay. If we ever come back to Sanremo this is where we will stay."
