Nice apartment, large enough for 3-4 people, large terrace, very nice seaview, also well equiped kitchen. Only a bit noisy because of the national route closeby. But overall, we enjoyed it very much.

Als wir ankamen, empfing uns das Treppenhaus mit starkem Schimmelgeruch, was für mich als Allergiker sehr problematisch war. In der Wohnung fehlte dann das dritte Schlafzimmer, welches in der Anzeige angekündigt war. Um das fehlende Zimmer auszugleichen, wollte unser Sohn auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Als wir sie auszogen, kamen uns Silberfische entgegen. Die Poster der großen Terrasse und des Balkons waren so fleckig und verschmutzt, dass man sich nicht darauf setzen oder legen wollte. Leider mussten wir aufgrund der diversen Mängel sofort wieder abreisen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist bis heute schwierig und sehr uneinsichtig, bezüglich der fehlenden Grundsauberkeit. Ich habe noch die Tische abgewaschen, weil die Decken in Fetzen auf dem Tisch lagen, aber die Schimmelproblematik ließ uns keine Möglichkeit die Wohnung zu nutzen geschweige denn zu genießen. Wir waren gezwungen sofort wieder abzureisen. Claudia

La vue sur la mer, le balcon et la très grande terrasse font de cet appartement très bien entretenu et sa localisation l’opportunité d’un très bon séjour pour visiter Sanremo et la côte. Merci à Luigi pour son accueil, disponibilité et accompagnement durant le séjour !

Wir waren Ende September bis Anfang Oktober in der Ferienwohnung, die sehr komfortabel eingerichtet ist. Da wir zwei Schlafzimmer benötigen, waren wir auf dieses Objekt gekommen. Das erste Schlafzimmer ist sehr großzügig gestaltet. Dagegen ist das zweite Schlafzimmer ein Kinderzimmer mit einem ziemlich schmalen Bett. Da die Wohnung sehr gut isoliert ist, haben wir den lebhaften Verkehr in der Nacht nicht wirklich wahrgenommen. Eine fehlende Teekanne wurde vom Vermieter ziemlich schnell besorgt und uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Darüber hinaus erkundigte sich der Vermieter regelmäßig, ob wir etwas benötigen. Wir fühlten uns gut betreut. Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag haben wir: es wäre hilfreich, wenn die Hinweise und Tipps zur Wohnung und zur Umgebung, die wir in einem Notizheft handgeschrieben vorgefunden haben, als Computerausdruck vorhanden wäre. Das Handgeschriebene ist sehr individuell und nur schwer lesbar.

Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe vom wunderschönen Strand. Frühstück auf Balkon und chillen auf der Terrassen haben wir sehr genossen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen!! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Hallo, wir waren im Juli für 12 Tage in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Strand ist optimal. In die Innenstadt sind es ca. 3,5 km, die wir in der Regel mit dem Bus zurückgelegt haben (Haltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus). Die Küstenstraße vor dem Haus ist sehr laut. Man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Dem Check-In Vorgang kann ich leider nur drei Sterne geben, da die Dame leider nur italienisch gesprochen hat und wir somit keine Einweisung (Müll, Busfahrpläne, Umgebung etc.) bekommen haben. In der Wohnung liegt ein Buch in dem kurz ein paar Infos notiert sind und auch ein paar Tipps angegeben sind. Bei der Genauigkeit des Inserats können wir nur 2 Sterne geben. Auf der deutschen Seite von Fewo-direkt war die Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern angegeben und auch der Fließtext lies auf drei Schlafzimmer schließen. Leider sind in der Wohnung nur zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, so dass eine Person immer im Wohnzimmer schlafen musste. Bei drei Erwachsenen über 12 Tage nicht optimal. Ich hoffe, dass der Fehler mittlerweile behoben ist. Die Übersetzungen in die einzelnen Landessprache wird durch eine Agentur gemacht, die hier nicht gut gearbeitet haben.

Die Wohnung entspricht ziemlich genau der Beschreibung. Wir (4-köpfige Familie) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten jedoch aufgrund einer Baustelle Balkon und Terrasse mitunter nur eingeschränkt nutzen. Die Arbeiten dort stehen allerdings bereits kurz vor dem Abschluss. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Vermieter ist überaus gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht Englisch und sehr gut Französisch. Alles in allem hatten wir sehr schöne Ferien in Sanremo und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
