Situated quietly on the outskirts of Sanremo, apartment "Casa Vacanze Sanremo" is just a short drive from the Ligurian Sea and the town centre. The 60m² apartment on the groundfloor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The child-friendly apartment includes Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, fans, washing machine and a television. A baby bed can be added on request.
Outside you will find a private open and furnished terrace with a barbecue and partial sea view. In the neighbourhood an inflatable children's pool is also available, shared by all children in the area.
Within 6-10 minutes by car (approx. 3 km) you will reach Sanremo, where you will find supermarkets and plenty of cafés and restaurants along the beach, the marina and in the charming old centre.
Street parking is available. Step-free interior & wide doors.
