"The rook was clean and a great size with heating and fans so will be able to be comfortable through all weather. Marco, the main staff I dealt with, is an extremely nice guy and helpful, giving me a map and explaining the city. All other staff I dealt with were also extremely helpful and friendly. The location is absolutely perfect only being a 3 minute walk to the Duomo and being in the centre so anywhere you want to go is only a short walk. Overall an amazing place to stay if you are coming...

"Air conditioning was a huge plus! Everything was a little run down, and it takes 5 keys just to get to our room. The bathroom always had a slight sewer smell, and the automatic light to go into the bathroom turned on anytime you might want to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night…not ideal if others are trying sleep in the room. Overall it worked for a budget stay in a great location in Florence"
