About public transportation if you take the metro it's quite a walk, but if you take the bus it's arround the corner, so plan your route to end and start with the bus and you won't have any issues. A guys name that starts with Mama that had been there for 8 years gave me great advise of the property and answered all my questions however they sent me the wrong room service order and claimed that the pizza I wanted wasnt on the menu even though it was clearly printed online. "I love that they let you checking early without a charge. We got there at 9 am and they had a room ready for us. Also 3 min walk to station europa fira. You can ride from airport really easy. Also deli 365 was delicious and right in front of the hotel and very affordable. But the hotel breakfast was amazing with a great variety. And the staff very nice. We loved our stay. Very highly recommended. "

"Very nice staff. I do not speak any Spanish besides Hola and they still understand me. They are very respectful. The restaurant is good and the staff is great. They will charge everything to your room and you can buy snacks etc. They have a nice area where you can sit outside and smoke and relax.
