"We had a wonderful stay at Cala San Miguel and would happily rate the hotel 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—special thanks to Lucas on reception, who was informative and helpful throughout our stay. A particular mention must go to Gabriel, the manager, who was outstanding. He personally ensured that a couple of initial teething problems were quickly and professionally resolved, and his approach made a real difference to our overall experience. The hotel itself is beautifully presented, with superb facilities and a relaxed, chilled ambience. We loved spending time on the beach, which is just a stone’s throw from the hotel—perfect for unwinding in the sun. The location couldn’t be better. Food-wise, there’s a wide and varied selection available, and we appreciated the hotel’s effort to introduce a new dining concept. While the mains could offer a little more variation in cooking style, the overall quality and choice were still very good. We also enjoyed exploring the local area—the nearby hippy market was a fun day out, and the sunsets in the evening were truly memorable. All in all, Cala San Miguel offered us a peaceful and enjoyable break with excellent service, stunning surroundings, and a warm, welcoming feel. Highly recommended."
