Spanning over two floors and covering 220 m², Villa Cormac features three en-suite bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning for comfort. The spacious living room and open-plan dining area flow effortlessly into a fully equipped modern kitchen, ideal for gatherings and relaxing after a day of exploring.



The outdoor spaces are equally inviting, with a comfortable porch that includes plush seating, perfect for lounging while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. A covered barbecue and dining area provide an excellent spot for al fresco meals with breathtaking views of the valley. Just a few steps away is the private swimming pool (5 x 10 metres), bordered by a sun-drenched terrace furnished with teak loungers and parasols, ideal for relaxing in the Mediterranean sun.



The villa accommodates up to six guests, making it perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking for a peaceful retreat. It offers a range of amenities, including free WiFi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and entertainment options such as a sound system and flat-screen TV.



Additional services, such as airport shuttles, bicycle rentals, and car hire, are available for an extra charge. Cleaning services, including ironing and laundry, can also be arranged for an additional fee.



Please note that a damage deposit of €1,000 is required prior to arrival. This deposit will be collected as a credit card payment and will be reimbursed in full within seven days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
