"The host was really nice and friendly however the property in itself was a big let down. The shower was broken and was clogged the fist bath and the bathroom was prone to flooding. The building is very poorly build and have very thin walls . You can hear the neighbours very loudly and the kids struggled to sleep at night. If the main door of the building closes, you can hear and feel the vibrations on the 3rd floor and the main door shakes. The hair dryer attached to the power was non...

"Amazing hotel. The access to Ushuaia is incredible, walk right in through the back and come and go as you please. Food by the pool and at Hells Kitchen is incredible. Dj playing music at the pool all day with plenty of servers to get you whatever you need. Security is very good at the hotel and the hotel is run like a well oiled machine. I will definitely be staying here again. If you upgrade to the stage view suite that is also incredible but a standard room is just fine."
