One of our favourite hotels

This is our 5th stay at this hotel. The best thing is tge staff, right from the receptionists to the cleaners and everyone in between, they are always smiling. The food is varies but lots of pork and fish. The swardfish is delicious. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. My only niggle is the sharp corners on the bathroom sink top that is very close to the door. I imagine a few people might have a bruise or two from bumping in to it it is perfectly situated overlooking the sea and the sandy beach is close by. It is very international with people from all over Europe and everyone is so friendly.

The pool is nice and it is on the beach (sort of). The part of the beach it is on is rocky and very slippery. I saw a fair number of people at the resort on crutches. Parking was terrible there was very little parking near the hotel and the spaces at the hotel were small and difficult to pull into. The room was nice but the bathroom was incredibly small. The food was absolutely terrible. The Bacon was still pink. My 8 year old daughter said the food in her school cafeteria was better. Lastly the place was full of Germans cutting in line, hoarding chairs, and I even saw one lady stuffing bread in her purse. I expected much more but was very disappointed. I will not stay here again.

Bien dans l’ensemble , bien située proche de plusieurs boutiques . La nourriture été assez limité ( 4 plats chaud dont frite tout les jours 2 poissons 1 plats de légumes 2 viandes ..des salades et souvent les mêmes dessert) Les fruits ne sont pas mûr ( fruit congelés ? ) Première fois en all inclusive mais je m’attendais tout de même à un buffet plus grand . Les horaires sont assez larges c’est bien , après peu être le principes de l’Espagne . Mais je sais que dans d’autre pays ils y’a le all inclusives matin midi soir mais dans la journée il y’a des comptoirs qui propose des goûters , des en-cas ou autres .. la c’est un peu dommage ont finis le repas vers 13h le midi ( ouvert jusqu’à 15h mais tu a plus faim tu va pas forcer jusqu’à 15h) si tu veux prendre un petit goûter ou quelque choses , ou même pour les enfants il faut attendre le repas du soir 18h , n’est pas proposer de la nourriture toute la journée comme je le pensais . Concernant le calme , à éviter si vous voulez vous reposer .. Un hôtel à côté qui est coller à celui ci , qui crie dans les haut parleurs toute la journée et la nuit jusqu’à 00h.. Une bataille à savoir qui fera le plus de bruit .. Alors bien évidement que comparer au mini au parleur de notre hôtel l’énorme sono de à côtés ne fait pas le poid.. Toute la journée pas d’animation ou très peu , expliquer en espagnol pas simple pour les français .. Et arriver le soir cela bouge un peu plus.. Impossible de dormir avant 00h à cause de l’autre hôtel ..

Hôtel au top ! Je ne comprends pas du tout les commentaires négatifs récents … Nous sommes habitué à voyager en hôtel et le Playa dorada mériterait une étoile supplémentaire ! Le personnel est très sympathique , accueillant , serviable et souriant au quotidien . Les chambres sont spacieuses , propres et modernes. Le restaurants et les buffets sont très bien avec une variété parfaite et le bar propose tout un tas de boissons et cockatails. De plus il est possible de réserver un pique nique pour le déjeuner lors de vos excursions. L’hôtel est en bord de mer et idéalement situé pour rejoindre toutes les extrémités de l’île en une heure maximum. J’ai vu dans de précédent commentaires que les gens se plaignent que le wifi et les serviette de plages sont payantes mais cela est bien indiqué au préalable sur le site alors pas de problème . Pour conclure nous avons passé une superbe semaine semaine l’île et dans l’hôtel , je ne peux que recommander. Merci à hôtel playa dorada pour ces superbes vacances❤️
