Your TOP BEACH APARTMENT with pool is located right by the sea and offers you direct access to the sandy beach. The exclusive holiday complex is situated next to a peninsula and a nature reserve. Two air-conditioned panoramic lifts conveniently take you to your holiday apartment while you enjoy a spectacular view of the beach. The modern apartment is south-facing and offers panoramic views of the sea and peninsula in three directions. Every morning, you can experience the sunrise over the sea directly from your bed. The apartment has two bedrooms and is suitable for up to three people. The first bedroom has a large double bed, the second is equipped with a single bed. Amenities include fast fibre-optic internet, SMART TV, an open kitchen with ceramic hob, large fridge, table oven, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, washing machine, two marble heaters, safe, security door and security lock. The balcony's panoramic windows can be easily opened. On the balcony, you will find a ceiling fan with lamp, blackout blinds and a mosquito screen. There are also mosquito screens in the bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in tiled shower, washing machine and infrared heater. From the pool you have direct access to the sea and beach. Sun loungers and parasols by the pool are available free of charge. There is also an outdoor shower and a toilet at the pool. The apartment has an official rental licence from the Balearic government. A bus stop is 250 metres away, as well as a café, a beer garden with restaurant, a horse ranch and a supermarket. Further shopping facilities are nearby. The peninsula separates the beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma and is ideal for hiking, cycling and horse riding excursions.
