"We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. The hotel has so much old-world charm—it felt like stepping back in time, but in the best way. It never felt outdated or worn, just full of character and history.
One of our favorite things was how cold the room got at night. After long days of exploring Barcelona, it was wonderful to come back to a cool room and get a great night's sleep. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room clean and refreshed every day, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to the young bartender at the pool, who was especially kind and made us feel right at home.
The location was another huge plus. It was centrally located, making it easy to walk to many of Barcelona's most popular attractions, restaurants, and shops. We also felt very safe walking around the area, even in the evenings.
The only minor downside was that the mattresses were on the firmer side. You could occasionally feel the springs, so if you prefer a plush bed, that's something to keep in mind.
Overall, the hotel's charm, excellent service, cleanliness, comfortable air conditioning, and fantastic location far outweighed that one small issue. We would definitely recommend it to others and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
