"Everything was great, would be perfect if not for a few broken/not working equipments A bit of a misunderstanding with a few of the facilities being offered as it was clearly mentioned that you have to walk about 15 minutes to get to their sister hotel to use them. Pleasantly surprised by the lounge service which is completely complimentary. Unlimited drinks (sodas and wines), food, snacks, desserts! Would definitely come back ☺️"

"Lovely accommodation, clean. Need a car , especially if weather is very hot. It is possible to walk to beach though.Would prefer that accommodation details listed in bold print that the pool is shared.It didn't affect us , however i'd prefer not to be in that situation"

"Room cleaning and maid service very good. Staff not very knowledgable about the area. AC in lobby was excellent but inefficient in the room, reception staff were not interested in getting it sorted. Breakfast was adequate"

"The hotel is nicely situated close to the town which has a lovely beach, a couple of shops and a handful of restaurants which served great food. We stayed in the hotel on a B&B basis. The quality of the food was good, only issue was the number of staff cooking at the station - the chef was trying to cook at three stations so offer had to wait. The replenishing of food also needs to improve as agin often had to ask for things. Requires more waiting staff in the restaurant as service was slow at times - however all the staff worked incredibly hard. The room was spacious. We had an issue with the first room and asked to be moved. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Given this was the prestige section of the hotel, I would have expected an adults only area. This was not the case - I would recommend the hotel look into this as several people have stated similar on their reviews."

"On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future."

"When we arrived, the room was clean and the air conditioning was working—which was great because it was a very hot day. The location is excellent, just two or three blocks from the beach, and the pool was clean and very enjoyable."

"Fabulous resort - staff super-friendly, excellent range of food and drinks, lovely garden area with sun loungers in addition to the pool area. Room clean, shower cubicle a bit small, and a lovely balcony with a sea view! We’ll be back, for sure!"
