Location:
Villa Hermitage is situated in Binisafúa, a small urbanization on the south east coast of the island. Binisafúa beach, with its white sand and crystal waters, is a 2 minute walk from the property. Other south coast beaches, Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar, can be reached within 10 minutes by car. There are two restaurants in Binisafúa, and all other local amenities including supermarkets, pharmacy and banks are 10 minutes by car at San Luis. The journey from the airport to the villa takes less than 15 minutes.

Exterior:
Pretty sea views are enjoyed from the porch and sunbathing terrace surrounding the swimming pool (8m x 4m). Underneath the porch is a bar with a stone barbeque, and next to this area a pergola with table and chairs. The lower level of the garden has a large grass lawn ideal for children.

The property is spacious and all rooms are distributed over two floors:
Ground Floor: lounge/dining room, kitchen, 3 twin bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.
First Floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom.
