"I found that some members of staff should be more smiling (e.g. staff at the restaurant) or more customer-centric (e.g. check-in and check-out at the reception very transactional; not a warm welcome and at the check-out nothing like thank you for staying with us or we hope you enjoyed your stay, we look forward to seeing you again). "The most unique amenities are the indoor pool and jacuzzi area. Simply breath taking. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. If you are traveling and sharing the room, it will be to your advantage to book the room with two bathrooms. Taxis are readily available by a phone call from the front desk staff.
