Spectacular villa located on top of a hill that offers 360º views of the sea and mountains.

At the front of the house is the pool area, from which you can see the vineyards to the west, where the sunsets are magical with the mountains as a backdrop. Looking straight ahead, you'll enjoy incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea. An idyllic place to spend time with family or friends, enjoying all the comforts the house offers.

The house has several magical corners for every moment of the day. The pool is the central oasis of this Elysian-looking villa. Next to it, a long wooden bar has been installed for breakfast, with views of the forest and the sea in the background. We have a hammock strung between two trees, as well as a west-facing terrace with several nooks and crannies perfect for enjoying the shade and sunsets while reading a book. There's also another terrace on the opposite side, offering shade even in broad daylight, next to the barbecue area, which includes an outdoor table for family meals. The house is distributed over two floors: On the first floor we find the living room for 8 people with a luxurious sofa, large flat screen television, stereo system, exclusive solid wood table for 8 diners and fully equipped open concept kitchen (XL refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher, oven, microwave) and views of the garden. In addition, this floor has a full bathroom with shower. On the second floor we have 4 bedrooms: the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, two other double bedrooms and a final one for the little ones with a bed that looks like a tree house. The master bedroom is a true love nest with a fabulous corner terrace surrounding it, completely private and overlooking the Garraf Natural Park. It has air conditioning and a television. The other two double bedrooms also have access to another terrace that connects to the outdoor area, as does the children's room. All three share a full bathroom with a shower. This magnificent villa also has a separate apartment for those seeking greater privacy. It features a living room with a mezzanine bed and sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning is provided. Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
