"The view was amazing even better than in the photos when I booked. The evening meal was very regional and not as much choice as in other Paradors. As usual I’d recommend half board for value. The breakfast was lovely though for the first 30 minutes or so there was only one girl doing everything she did a good job. The swimming pool was fabulous great location really clean and drinks available to buy poolside. Really peaceful location we only stayed for one night wish we had stayed longer."

"Spacious and cool apartment in a small complex. The kitchen is small but has two cooker rings, a fridge, kettle and microwave. There is an oven in the shared section together with a washing machine, dryer and big freezer. The on-site restaurant is good, set meals only and only open for dinner at the weekend when we were there. Breakfast available every day if pre-booked. A nice pool that was popular with families. A 10 min drive into Banyoles for main shops. Overall, a good value place for a few days stay, or longer."

The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and give us a little tour. We did get the impression that it's not currently being run as a "full time" operation because we were the only guests and never saw any other staff apart for the nice lady serving us breakfast. Speaking of which - the owner asked what time we wanted breakfast when he checked us in and we gave a time. But was very nice, particularly for local standards.
