"Beautiful place"

"Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. "I encountered several issues during my check-in process. The staff member at reception was also responsible for working the bar, which resulted in long queues and a very slow check-in experience. Furthermore, the first two keys I was provided did not work. Each time I had to return to the desk to resolve this, I had to wait for 10 minutes and then 15 minutes respectively. Ultimately, I had to be moved to a different room. On a positive note, I would like to mention that the young man who worked...
