"Staff was very friendly and attentive, breakfast buffet had different options: pastries, fruit, cheeses, hams, coffee, etc. Bedding was excellent so were the towels (very soft) I picked this hotel for the airbus which was around the corner. Also Metro for rides and in same lower level train to Monserrat which was a plus. "

"The room was spacious and relatively clean. The beds were not comfortable and pillows were hard and despite having a pillow menu no pillows were available. The desserts at the coffee bar lounge area were very poor. The hotel didn’t have many facilities for a four star. It was far from the centre so we needed to use Taxis often or the metro. There were not many dining options near the hotel. "

"Poor check in. Did automatic check in on line before spent 20min adding passports ect then they wanted to scan passports again. Took 15 min to check in. Nice guy but took to long. "

"Spacious room with a big bed and big window. Loved the luxurious bathroom with the amazing shower. Good transport link to city with metro L1 down the road. Takes about 25min. "
