"Location of the apartments is nice and convenient. Whoever is supposed to be the staff at reception was never there. We were told at check-in that they are only present for check-outs. At check-out we were told they are only present for check-ins :). We were late (3:30 PM) for our check-in, but checkout was at the time we were told. 0 staff interaction meant, we did not get to know the Wi-Fi and other details that probably were relevant to the stay. "On the arrival day nobody was there. We had to wait a long time and could not contact the owner. Another hotel with locals helped us. They managed to contact the owner otherwise we had to sleep in our car maybe. Afterwards the owner said he was in a meeting and forgot that we arrive today. Balcony is defect, rusty fridge…."
