"予約を入れたのにオーナーからは予約が入ってないと言われ、Hotels.comから連絡を入れもらい、宿泊する事は出来ましたがクィーンベットのはずがシングルベットでしたし朝食ありプランですが隣のオーナー部屋でコーヒーのみでした。朝食の時間も8時と約束してましたが8時半過ぎまで待ちオーナーに連絡を入れると寝起きで隣の部屋に来いとのずさんな対応。このB&Bはオーナー在宅ではありませんので注意してください。"

"This was a wonderful visit for a one night stand in Naples. The host is wonderfully friendly. We got lost getting to there property but he met us in the crowded square and personally escorted. He took all precautions against COVID 19 to ensure his & our safety. The apartment was top notch clean & spotless. The beds were too firm for my wife, but perfect for me; best night sleep for me.
