"Found out There was miscommunication at the beginning. I booked through Expedia and when communicating through the hotel we had established they would arrange pick up at train. Then my phone number went in WhatsApp and continued communication found out was with local caretaker who knew nothing of picking me up and gave me directions to walk there as only 15 minute walk. Only negatives were that there was a party going on above us one night which was loud and the coffee pot did not work. "We had a wonderful time at Parco dei Principi with our family of four. We stayed in the apartment cedro which was perfect for us. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is great. The staff is attentive and highly responsive. We had many meals on property at the beach restaurant, main restaurant and the pool area and everything was really delicious— the hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the heart of Sorrento which in some ways is really nice to walk off heavy meals and enjoy peace and quiet. No complaints! "
