Detached villa in Monte, a hamlet belonging to the municipality of Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, with lake view, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and parking space. Space for 6 - 7 persons. Large courtyard and fenced garden. Particularly well-kept interior with wooden beams and bricks, together with modern furnishings create a warm and cosy atmosphere.

This charming little villa is located in a green and quiet area, yet convenient to all amenities. Only 5 km from the centre of Sant'Ambrogio, this property is ideal for those seeking the tranquillity of the countryside without giving up the convenience of the city. The house is immersed in 6,500 square metres of land, consisting of forest, olive grove and a beautiful garden, which allows you to eat outside and enjoy the coolness that comes from Monte Baldo. The property is fenced off and offers a large panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of Monte Pastello and the valley, as well as views of Lake Garda.
The interior of the house has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a storage room and a boiler room. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with three beds.
The living area is very spacious and cosy, with a wood-burning stove for winter evenings.
The wooden beams present give a rustic and cosy atmosphere, creating a perfect combination with the bricks that give character to the structure. The fully equipped kitchen, open to the living area, creates a convivial and cosy ambience. There is also a washing machine and free Wi-Fi.
In the living room, a comfortable French sofa bed welcomes guests, flanked by a large table ideal for meetings and convivial dinners.
A wood-burning stove adds a touch of warmth, making the space even cosier.
Natural light, accentuated by strategically placed large doors, brightens the interior, making the house a bright and lively retreat.
The house has an area of 100 square metres and the orientation of the house is south-east, to enjoy the sun all day long.
Parking directly at the house is very convenient and practical on arrival for unloading luggage.

Immobilien mit Potenzial

Vorteil: Schöne Aussicht Viele offene Räume Nachteil: Strom ist katastrophal Kuchen bedeutet: 2 Platz kochen Feld 2 Elektrisch Heizung, jeder im seine Steckdose, und 1 Herde Platz angeschautet war der Haus Sicherung aus. Um an zu halten muss Mann äußert halb des Haus am Straße zu gehen und auf eine Box ohne Sicherheit wieder Sicherung zu betätigen. Haus ist immer noch im Renovierungsarbeiten, Rohr liegen immer noch am wand, mit etwas 30 cm nach aussen Keine Geschirrspüler. Bettwäsche und Badetuch nicht inklusive im preis Putz Tarif zu teuer für was wir drinnen fanden Decken und Kopfkissen waren im so eine Geruch das ich nicht schlafen konnte Auch, es ist nicht zu empfehlen für man der eine breiteres Auto fährt, weg ist schmal und Kamm das Auto kapput machen. Wenn man das alles vorher wissen soll, kann man anders sich entschieden.
