There was no WiFi at all, and the host did not mention this until a few hours after I asked after check in, she just said “it’s broke”, so if someone was on a business trip or could only use their phone via WiFi, this should not be your place. There was no way to make coffee, which is really odd being in Italy, the home of coffee, so there was no coffee machine or a kettle to properly make it. I think the layout isn’t that...

Wer...

A charming B&B settled outside of Lucca (~20 minutes), but with easy access to visiting many different areas. We rented a car from the airport (~1hr & 20mins) and I highly recommend it so you can move around with ease and visit different areas even go to the coast. The tolls are fantastic and fast. We stayed for 10 nights so we had time to enjoy and relax. We thank Filipo and Feredica, who have been so hospitable during our stay. Lots of options for breakfast with the best cappuccino ever. Hotel Roma

Alto Reno Terme

10/10 Excellent

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Roma. All hotel employees were very kind and helpful. Armond (spelling?) was most helpful and full of happiness. Out of the five hotels we stayed in, this was the only one with an elevator. Easier on the knees and legs. We chose this hotel because it was close to the hometowns of my grandparents. The hotel was very quiet and clean.. Hopefully, we can stay here again someday.
