"Alessandra and her husband made us very welcome and gave us great local recommendation of what to see in the area. Right next to Capoterra, the location was perfect for us (recommended with a car): not too far from Calgari for some city tour and also not too far from the beaches further south (Pula, Chia, Tuerredda). "We had a good time spending part of our vacation in the house in the Pineta Is Morus residential complex. The house was well equipped, enough space for two families or a large family (sleeps 11). The large outdoor area gave the feeling of privacy to the neighbors. The house itself was rather old, with all the benefits of older architecture (can withstand the heat) and also the disadvantages (many matresses were overused, bathrooms would need some restoration). "Das Haus und Garten sind wie beschrieben und wunderbar. Wir - 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager - haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Strände sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar (5 Minuten und ca. gute 10 Minuten) und toll zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Am unteren Sandstrand gibt es eine Strandbar mit leckerem Essen und Drinks und Kaffee. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal!"
