"We had a wonderful time staying at Alfonso’s beautiful villa. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The pool was superb with a lovely seating area all day and evening. The football pitch/tennis area was brilliant and gave us many hours of enjoyment. Within easy walking distance to the town and its bars and restaurants and plenty of areas to explore for long runs!The location was superb and we took advantage of the main line train station 20 minutes drive away which took us in to Rome within 40 minutes. An easy drive down to Napoli and Pompeii is a must and well worth exploring.Alfonso and his family could not have been more helpful. Very welcoming, always helpful in recommending places to visit, restaurants and supermarkets. We had two wonderful weeks that we will never forget. Heaven on Earth can be found here. "The pros:We all had an absolutely amazing time, why?We came to stay at Villa Sara from a very busy few days stay in the City of Rome and needed some R&R! We definitely got this and so much more! From the very booking communication was prompt and available when needed, a warm and friendly welcome on arrival by Sara and her father. The villa inside was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable with absolutely everything you need (including a lovely little welcome basket ) Outside is breathtakingly beautiful! With a large pool, outdoor kitchen with bathroom, and the most lovely views of lemon and olive trees surround you. A car is a must, with local supermarkets and restaurants near by. We were also able to visit Nemi and lake Nemi (recommended by Sara) just stunning 朗 and a trip to Pompeii was do able. Sara, her family and the Villa is a rare find and we’re so grateful we got to stay here and meet them. Cons: We had to leave. The 8 days are not long enough, however, Sara has said we’re welcome back Villa Sara, along with the family will be special memories for us and has totally made us fall in love with Italy x x x "

" This B&B and the hosts were absolutely amazing. They deserve 5 stars for their beautiful villa as well as their efforts to make sure you have everything that you need when staying with them. The breakfast included cold cuts, ciambelloni, tortas, nuts, breads, juices, coffee, yogurts, fruits, milk, biscotti, pastries and more. They even made eggs for my wife who is on a restricted diet. Our room was incredibly clean and cozy. None of the fixtures or furniture were worn or shabby and in the evening we could sit on our balcony and look out over the countryside. The owners Sandro and Anna were incredibly kind and informative. They love what they do and they make their guests feel like family or old friends. Sabrina, Martina and Giordano were also incredibly kind and helpful. They made our stay near Castelli Romani as beautiful and relaxing as one could hope. The area is quiet and nestled between Velletri and Genzano di Romano near many farms and villas. Taking a trip to Castelli Romani (Lago di Nemi & Lago Albano) is very quick and easy, as are trips to Aprilia, Anzio and Nettuno. This is a must stay B&B. When we are back in the region, there is no doubt that we will stay at Casale Ansamagi. "
