"Casa Toti is the perfect place for a family vacation. Located away from the crowded tourist attractions, it is the perfect spot to experience the beauty, tranquility and friendly people of Abruzzi. It is also a beautiful place to just stay put and relax by the pool. Accommodations were spacious, comfortable and clean. Everywhere you turned was another breathtaking view. We were a large group with ages ranging from 3 to 83 years of age. Everyone was pleased with the accommodations and amenities....

"Il Frutetto ('the orchard') was an absolute joy. John and Sue were consummate hosts–funny, articulate, helpful and knowledgeable. The views are stunning from all directions. The estate is well laid-out, with a very functional and well-stocked kitchen, and the pool and decks were a true luxury. Know that it is a bit out in the country, so a drive is required to get to sights and shopping. We found incredible dining in Julianova (Taglietto, and others) and a great enoteca (wine shop) about 5 km...

Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme."

"We had an amazing time in Carlo's villa as a family of 11 adults. It has lots of facilities to make for a relaxing week. The rooms were very comfortable. Carlo was very friendly and communicative and helped us settle in and book a couple of excursions. The beach sunbeds were also great. Miguel cooked for us during the week. He is an exceptionally talented cook and was very accommodating of our varied preferences across the group. We hope very much to return one day :-)"

"We came to enjoy the Marche and it's beaches but spent most of our time at the property. The pool is large and the house has lots of shady areas to escape the heat of the day. There are large tables for outdoor eating, good Internet for working from home or entertaining the kids, and plenty of rooms indoors to choose from. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in. There is a bbq space if you want to cook outdoors. The loft room (air conditioned) is very big and can easily fit a family of four or...

A 5 km d'Ascoli Piceno, donc proche de tout ce dont on a besoin. Une seule cuisine est fonctionnelle, et limitée en vaisselle (quand on est 9 personnes). Le seul inconvénient est le fait de prévoir un budget anti moustique car ils sont assez présents dans les sous bois ( location du 04 au 18 Août) Le terrain de tennis n'était pas fonctionnel non plus (...

"Das Anwesen ist geräumig mit genügend und sehr sauberen Bädern. Der Pool ist topp und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem hat es meiner Familie und mir sehr gut gefallen."

"We booked to stay here for 3 weeks in August. The road must have worsened a lot since the photos and descriptions were put on the website. The last 25 minutes to the property is on a gravel track with huge holes and steep inclines. It really needs a 4x4. Each time it rains more of the road is washed away. The rain also came in through the doors, windows and chimneys of the property making large puddles inside. 2 days after we arrived we had no water at all for 1 week. Fabio offered to let us...
