"Amazing property with spectacular views. Our host was fantastic. Getting to the house the first time is an adventure, but the town that sits below is cute with very cool stores and shops. It is a 15 minute drive to the train station and then another 20-25 minutes and you are in the middle of Rome. We are thinking about coming back with our younger kids in a year or two, just an incredible vacation and place to stay"

"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"Kitchen has everything you would need if you like to cook...and we do! House is spacious-House is secure with fence -gate-lights and fence and hill surrounding it. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. "The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...

Great hotel, great location
"Great hotel, slightly outside Rome city centre but not too far. There are a few restaurants round the corner and much cheaper than in the city centre. We had a room on the top floor the balcony was huge! Lots of space to chill out with the family in between trips. Only negative was the jacuzzi had a mind of its own and had to get someone to fix it twice."
