- No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the unit. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. ($1000 fine for smoking indoors including use of cannabis or marijuana)

- Kindly dispose of trash and recycling in the appropriate bins.

- Please turn off lights, AC, and other appliances when not in use to help conserve energy.

- Check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-outs may be available upon request but are subject to availability and fees.
