  • Excellent location!! 2 separate cottages on one lot. Wonderful for families!

    Walk to local restaurants, beach, harbor, downtown SB, the funk zone.

    The front cottage consists of 2 bedrooms. (1 king bed, 1 queen bed).
    1 bathroom with shower and tub.
    Full kitchen, Living room with large TV, WIFI.

    The back cottage is 1 bedroom. (Queen bed).
    1 bathroom with shower and tub.
    Full kitchen & Living Room with TV & WIFI.

    The backyard separates the two cottages, there is a BBQ, outdoor shower,
    fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating and lighting.

    There is laundry on site.

    Street parking only! We provide two parking passes for your stay.

Very cute and cozy homes! The backyard was great to hang out with family when we were not out at the beach, hiking, eating at all of the delicious restaurants, shopping, etc. Perfect location we walked everywhere! And it was really nice having two separate homes, one for my brother’s family and another for my husband and me. Overall excellent experience!
