My husband and I stayed in the cottage for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was just lovely. It was just as described, well appointed, clean, cozy, and private. The location was great - close to great shops and restaurants and the beach. Parking was a breeze. And communication with Pat was awesome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The bungalow was beyond our expectations and located in a beautiful neighborhood close to the village. It was well appointed, very clean and very comfortable. We had such a nice time here and were so happy with this bungalow. The perfect size for two. A quaint patio courtyard that was perfect for appetizers and a bottle of wine. Super clean and nicely appointed. Can't say enough good things about it.

Even better than the pictures

This was a beautiful cottage in an even more beautiful neighborhood. The pictures don’t quite do it justice. The front porch/patio is beautiful and private as is the back patio right off of the bedroom. We would definitely stay here again, in fact we’d check first to see if this place was open. If you are thinking of staying in Santa Barbara, Montecito is much better and very close to Santa Barbara. Quieter, still has great restaurants and everything is amazing to look at.
