House perched up high capturing mountain and mesa views and you can even see the Channel Islands from the living room. Comfortable kitchen, dinning and family combo room perfect for family time. Washer and dryer included. Also features two bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms, a second living room that doubles as an office. The front porch is great for sitting and getting to know the neighborhood. This is a 31 day rental minimum stay.

Wonderful stay

Newly built home with lots of light and open space, very comfortable stay and the property manager was very responsive! Great location within walking distance of restaurants on Milpas and a 20-30 min walk to both downtown SB and the Funk Zone.
