French-doors off the living area lead to a spacious, private outdoor deck area beside Mission Creek with patio table/chairs. Lots of birdlife.
Upstairs the sunny bedroom has a plush-top queen-size bed with down duvet & pillows, top-quality large dresser, desk and vanity. Adjoining white- tiled bathroom is outfitted with whirlpool tub and shower. Exotic walnut floors extend throughout. NOTE: The staircase between floors is quite steep; please be advised if mobility is an issue.
Essentially its own separate structure, this 2-story `tower` has ground-level entry.
We live locally within a mile and also tend to the rooftop gardens on a regular basis, so are always available.
Secure, private exterior closed porch for storage of surfboards or bikes.
Creekside shared Laundry Room; door is locked and all guests have key.
Chapala Rooftop Gardens Patio is available for your day use. NOTE: Guests are expected to leave the patio as found, including placing chairs around tables, washing any used dishes, cleaning the BBQ grill and removing trash.
